<project name>.statistics: Summarizes different statistics as the frequency of a specific microsatellite type according to the unit size or individual motifs.

<project name>.misa: The localization and type of identified microsatellite(s) are stored in a tablewise manner. In case of primer design it is recommended to use this output and the provided guidelines in section primer design.

<sequence id>.gff: Each query sequence where at least one microsatellite has been identified will produce one file in GFF3 format.
